After The Tan

THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP AFTER YOUR TAN IS THE SHOWER PROCESS

We only use RAPID TAN SOLUTIONS:

QUICK RINSING is mandatory to avoid over processing.

**We recommend a Quick Rinse 3-Hours after your appointment.

**Your tan will continue to develop for up to 24 hours, however it is safe to take a regular shower, washing hair and body 8 hours after your Quick Rinse.

**You will want to use paraben-free and sulfate-free skincare products. Look for Hempz and Native Brands.

Why Sulfates are "Tan Killers"

Sulfates are harsh detergents (like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) used in soaps and shampoos to create lather.

Stripping Effect: They are designed to cut through grease and oil, but on a spray tan, they act as a "cleaner" that washes away the DHA (the tanning active).
Dehydration: Sulfates strip natural oils, drying out the skin. Since a spray tan sits in the top layer of dead skin, dry skin will flake off faster, taking your tan with it.
